Ski and snowboard insurance

From 01/01/2022 RC insurance on the slopes is mandatory!

Request ski and snowboard snowcare insurance at our ticket offices, which can be purchased together with the ski pass for €3 for adults and €1.50 for children (children born after 01/01/2016) per day.

Snowcare is the most widespread ski and snowboard insurance in Europe, the only insurance policy for injuries and accidents (RC) on skis and snowboards that you can purchase even for just one day.
Snowcare insurance protects you and also protects you for any damage to others.

• All promotions and discounts can only be purchased at the ticket offices and not online
• All cards expire, even if not fully used, at the end of the winter season
• The opening / closing dates are indicative and are subjected to change based on weather conditions without giving the right to any refund
• All cards issued on rechargeable cards require a deposit of € 5.00 while seasonal cards are sold at a price of € 3.00
• To access all the discounts / promotions, the documentation certifying the possession of the requirements to access the benefit must be produced
• All groups, booked in advance and paid in a single solution with invoice, will be granted 1 free ticket for every 20 paying guests
• On the ski area, random checks will be carried out on the ski passes and, in case of abuse, the cards will be immediately deactivated without any possibility of reimbursement
• The promotions cannot be combined with each other. All holders of a card valid for that specific day (e.g. daily, seasonal, multi-day pass) can access the evening at night, without paying the indicated rate.
• In the event of a lockdown and consequent failure to open the lifts for the winter season, season ticket holders will be awarded a voucher valid for the purchase of the 2023/24 season to be integrated in the event of any rate increases. In case of interruption of the winter season with the opening of the station for less than 30 days and use of the season ticket for less than 16 days (both conditions must be verified), a voucher valid for the purchase of the 2023/24 season will be recognized, proportional to the non-use. of the season ticket (calculated on the basis of the days not taken)

Examples:

• The station opens for 27 days and the customer uses the season ticket for 5 days: voucher for the 2023/24 season equal to: (€ 599/16 days) x (16 – 5 days) = € 412
• The station opens for 31 days and the customer uses the season ticket for 3 days: no coupons
• The station opens for 27 days and the customer uses the seasonal ticket for 19 days: no coupons
